OLM Store operates using third‑party fulfillment partners. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Products may ship from different locations

  • Packaging may vary

  • Delivery times may differ depending on the supplier

  • Inventory levels are controlled by manufacturers

  • We do not control carrier delays, customs processing, or global logistics issues

These conditions do not qualify for cancellations or refunds once fulfillment has begun.


3. Order Processing

Orders typically process within 2–3 business days. Processing times may vary due to product availability, order volume, or supplier delays.

Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or modified.


**4. Order Cancellation Policy (Until Fulfillment Begins)

Customers may request to cancel an order only until fulfillment begins.

Fulfillment includes any of the following actions:

  • The order is transmitted to a fulfillment partner

  • The order is being picked, packed, or prepared

  • A shipping label has been created

  • The order is marked as “Processing,” “In Progress,” or similar

Once fulfillment has started, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded until it has been delivered and reviewed under our Return & Refund Policy.

Because OLM Store uses automated systems and third‑party suppliers, fulfillment may begin shortly after an order is placed. Customers are responsible for submitting cancellation requests immediately.

OLM Store is not responsible for:

  • Cancellation requests submitted after fulfillment has begun

  • Delayed emails or messages

  • Incorrect contact information

  • Failure to review order details before checkout

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.


5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. OLM Store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or global logistics disruptions.

Once a carrier marks a package Delivered, the order is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Misdelivered packages

  • Packages lost after delivery confirmation

Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery‑related investigations.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. OLM Store is not liable for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information

  • Lost packages resulting from incorrect address entry

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders lost due to customer error.


7. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

By placing an order with OLM Store, you agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

If a chargeback is filed after the product has shipped or been delivered, OLM Store reserves the right to:

  • Submit all order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communication, and IP address logs to the bank

  • Suspend or terminate your account

  • Report the incident to payment processors for fraud monitoring

  • Recover the cost of goods, shipping fees, and chargeback penalties

Fraudulent disputes may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.


13. Digital Evidence Consent
